Thank you for considering Soul Belly Bakeshop to be a part of your milestone moments! Signature and Custom flavored Cakes and Cupcakes are available to order, in the greater Vacaville/ Solano Bay Area California region

Each cake is made fresh to order with the highest quality ingredients, and paired with flavorful, handmade fillings you'll crave long after the last slice.

Pickup/ Delivery details are located on the Home page of the FAQ section at the bottom of this site.

Cake & Cupcake Info

Signature cakes are decorated with fresh florals or fruit that match the flavor profile.

Cupcakes are filled (if requested) and topped for the full cake slice experience, just in mini form.

Custom flavor combinations are available upon request (within existing menu).

Note:Cake decor will reflect on my creative style unless a specific design is requested for an additional charge.

I am a one-woman business, which means I can't be everywhere at once, so thank you for understanding!

Delivery is only available for larger cakes (including sheet cakes, and other large and more complex cakes) and is offered to Solano County clients only for an additional fee.

Smaller cakes must be picked up.

I'll personally carry your cake or items to your vehicle and make sure everything is secured for safe transport.

Do you deliver cake orders?

A 50% deposit is required to book all cake orders.

Your initial deposit ensures us you’re ready to place your order. Once your deposit is received, I will block off the hours needed to complete your order, and order materials needed to complete your order.

What happens after I receive my quote?

In the event that you need to cancel a cake order, I will gladly provide a full credit (minus the cancelation fee) if canceled at least 2 weeks prior to the scheudled date. If canceled 1 week prior to the scheuled date, you may receive a 50% credit of the total amount paid (minus the cancellation fee)

No credit will be issued for cancellations made less than 1 week before the scheuuled order date.

A cancellation fee of $20 or 8%

(whichever is greater) will be deducted from your credit.

What is your cancellation policy?

To ensure my availability, cake orders should be placed at least 2-3 weeks in advance. I will continue to accept orders until I am fully booked. Fill out an order form and I will let you know if I have space available in my calendar.
